Flubbie’s Catering was born from the shared dreams of two immigrants—one from Lima, Peru, and the other from Zarqa, Jordan—who bonded over their mutual respect and creativity for food. After more than a year of friendship and collaboration, we decided to bring our individual visions together and turn our passion into a purpose.
